In Indonesia, we work closely with the Royal Norwegian Embassy, the Indonesia Norway Business Council (INBC), Seven Stones Indonesia (SSI), the Nordic Council Indonesia (NCI) and other Nordic diplomatic missions. Over the years, we have also managed to establish strong working relationships with a number of strategic Indonesian government agencies including the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade.

Terje Nilsen is the founder of Seven Stones Indonesia and the Indonesian partner of Norway Connect. Terje has more than 30 years experience from Indonesia, mainly from education and fitness across Indonesia.. Seven Stones Indonesia main delivery are in Property, Investment/Business Advisory, Legal and Marketing/Branding services. Seven Stones Indonesia currently employs more than 40 staff in Jakarta and Bali.
Julia is a generalist, an explorer and a learner. She comes from a diverse background, conjoining the Nordic and Indonesian culture, where she can also speak in both Indonesian and Norwegian. Despite initially being specialised in digital marketing, Julia quickly developed an interest towards finance, law, hospitality, the aquaculture industry and business management. Not only has this developed her knowledge, but it has also allowed her to gain capacity to facilitate collaborations through a strategical point of view. She has in-depth knowledge on the Indonesian culture and how to do business in Indonesia, where she is ready to be your partner in growth.
Ridwan Zachrie is the Chief Financial Officer of Seven Stones Indonesia Jakarta Office. Ridwan has 25+ years’ experience in the financial sector including banking, investment banking and the capital market. Most recently, he worked as Director of Recapital Group. Previous position includes CFO in a number prominent companies, among them state-owned enterprises as well as private entities. He started his career as a banker in Citibank, Bank Mandiri and HSBC.
